Bull terriers are predisposed to a number of congenital diseases:
- prolapse of the mitralny valve,
- stenosis (narrowing) of an aorta,
- hypoplasia (underdevelopment) of a throat,
- deafness,
- поликистоз kidneys,
- dysplasia of coxofemoral joints,
- congenital dislocation of an elbow,
- deadly akrodermatit.
Is possible development of diseases of eyes (заворот and an eversion of a century, a kserooftalmiya – dryness of an eye, glaucoma, crystalline lens dislocation).
